• The online platform – www.taxwallaz.com (“Website”), is owned and operated by Cornermove Consultancy Private Limited, a Private Limited Company with its registered office at P. No. 43, Alkapuri A Murlipura Scheme, Jaipur, Rajasthan-302013. The Website its sub-domains and other sites/ apps/ other channels including any mobile applications maintained by taxwallaz.com to enable the Services shall be collectively referred to hereinafter as the (“Platform”). The products and services provided by taxwallaz.com through the Platform shall be referred as (“Services”).
• Under normal business circumstances, Taxwallaz will ensure to get the delivery of all services within the stipulated time period communicated through our portal.
• Taxwallaz provides professional Expert Assisted services remotely to individuals and businesses and neither encourages nor permits any in-person visits by its experts to the customer’s location for any of the services delivered.
• Taxwallaz publishes the prices for all services delivered through its marketplace platform. However, at any point of time, Taxwallaz reserves the right to change the price of these services.
• In case of a change in government fee post purchase of a plan, the customer is liable to pay the difference in government fee in addition to the plan amount.
• Taxwallaz reserves the right to offer special discounts on its services to customers from time to time. Such offers can be availed through unique discount codes shared with customer.
• At all times, Taxwallaz expects to maintain a cordial business relationship with its customers. However, if the customer comes across as being extremely unreasonable or rude with Taxwallaz staff or its experts, Taxwallaz reserves the right to cancel the order and terminate the agreement with the customer. In the event of cancellation, the customer will forfeit any payment made to Taxwallaz.
• If a plan is purchased by the customer but is not reachable on any mode of communication for 30 days from the date of purchase, Taxwallaz reserves the right to cancel the order. In the event of cancellation, the customer will forfeit any payment made to Taxwallaz.
• In situations where the service needs to be delivered before a deadline (Eg. Tax filing), Taxwallaz will clarify the estimated time required to fulfill the service to the customer. Customer is expected to cooperate with Taxwallaz to enable us to deliver the services in a timely manner. In case of any delay in order fulfillment, Taxwallaz shall not bear the cost of any interest or penalty that may be imposed on customers by other parties.
• Taxwallaz is governed by the laws of the country. Taxwallaz will carry out its business in good faith with complete transparency. Taxwallaz reserves the right to refuse any order that it cannot deem to fulfill within the legal and regulatory framework of the country.

Refund Policy

Thank you for availing our services. We value your trust and assure you the best services at all times. As our customer, when you are buying our product or service, you agree to our refund policy, once you have made a purchase on our platform.
Refunds can be initiated only in following events:

• You have purchased an incorrect plan and our team has advised you to purchase another plan, 100% of the original plan value will be refunded subject to the condition that no service was delivered for the previous plan.
• You attempted to purchase a plan and your payment was successfully processed but not received by Taxwallaz you should seek refund from the financial service provided.
• Taxwallaz reserves the right to refuse any order that it cannot deem to fulfill within the legal and regulatory framework of the country, 100% refund will be made.
• Once you are eligible for refund, our team will confirm the same to you via email. Thereafter, your refund will be processed within 10 business days from the date of confirmation.
• On purchase of plan, our team will request you to submit documents to process your order. If you are unable to share the requisite documents within 30 days without a reasonable reason, Taxwallaz reserves the right to cancel your order. You will forfeit any payment made to Taxwallaz in the event of order cancellation.
• If you withhold information pertaining to your case as our experts work on it owing to which we are unable to fulfil your order, you shall not be eligible for any refund. Taxwallaz reserves the right to cancel your order. You will forfeit any payment made to Taxwallaz in the event of order cancellation.
• If Taxwallaz experts are not able to fulfil your order due to unavailability of documents and/or requisite information from you, you shall not be eligible for any refund. reserves the right to cancel your order. You will forfeit any payment made to Taxwallaz in the event of order cancellation.
• Any payments made to the Government departments will not be refunded.
• All refunds will be in form on Credit Notes.
• If a cancellation / request is made for any other reason than mentioned in the points above, refund would be made in accordance to the pointers mentioned below:

Changes to this Refund Policy

This Refund Policy may change in frequent time intervals. Taxwallaz will not minimise your rights under this Privacy Policy without your clear consent. Taxwallaz will post any Refund Policy changes on this page and, if the changes are significant, it will provide a notice (example:- email notification of Refund Policy changes).

In addition to this, any disputes or disagreement under this Refund Policy shall be governed by the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The same shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts at Jaipur.

 If you do not agree to the terms of this Policy, please do not use our Platform and Services.
